A Truth Journal: Hey, DNI Clapper: Demand Agency Heads Change Profile of IC Hiring To Get Real Productivity: From Denny:  Listen, Clapper, if your intelligence agency heads keep sending you the same profile over and over, as they have been doing for some time now, quit getting angry about it and just fire their lazy asses.  They are still operating on the outmoded and unsuccessful game plan of Andrew Marshall who seriously F'd up both the military and intelligence communities for the past 60 years.  The Andrew Marshall idea was to hire just the very young, because, he reasoned, they were the easiest to fool and the easiest to control both mentally and physically.  Seriously?

You just can't keep hiring young IT people.  Young people don't belong in the ugly intelligence business.  IT people are the worst choice because they have rarely developed any people skills.  That isn't how their brains move in real time. They certainly don't have much life experience yet either.  The skills they do have for technology is great but you only need a handful of them compared to requiring legions of critical thinkers, and, yes, to a lesser extent, some analytical thinkers.

The field you should be looking at are the Baby Boomers and older.  What a shocking revelation?  That's right; you should be pulling from the 55 - 85 age group, as long as their minds are sharp.  You can teach IT skills to most of them who would be delighted to learn it.  Many of them are either underemployed and bored or outright retired and bored, wanting new challenges.  And, guess what, they would not be frittering away their days collecting dick pics and spying on nude celebrities like at the NSA...

A Truth Journal: Why is Trump Catching on Fire? What Would His Cabinet Look Like? The Hilarious Lowdown: From Denny:  My fellow media are flabbergasted that billionaire Donald Trump is rising so fast in the Republican polls.  The media is so entrenched in their collective bias that they refuse to take his candidacy seriously.  Hold on to your hats, folks, because Trump will survive far beyond the summer flavor of the month.  Come on; we all know that former President Bill Clinton secretly got him to run as a way to help clean house on the Republican candidates, paving the way for Hillary to win.  Well, that strategy just might backfire since Trump is catching on with the disgruntled middle class.

Well, Trump may be stupidly wealthy but he still knows how to talk Middle Class in his brash Brooklyn accent.  In fact, Trump reminds me much of the very bold personality of President Teddy Roosevelt. And, he is every bit as passionate about his views, with plenty of real fire in the belly running for President that the American public likes in a presidential candidate.  We certainly are not seeing any of that fire in the belly with any other Republican candidates and only with one Democrat candidate, Bernie Sanders...

A Truth Journal: Did You Enjoy Yesterday's Cyberattack Courtesy of BFFs Russia, China and Iran?: From Denny:  So much for the cyberattack no one is talking about - yet.  Yesterday all communications were down for several hours:  internet, cable, TV, cell and even the old school land line here in Louisiana.  Yeah, those all powerful NSA gremlins are ever so good at handling cyberattacks - not.

The past two NSA Directors wasted years of development focused upon Stupid - mainly watching and annoying other Americans and American journalists, instead of preparing to defend against cyberattacks from America's real enemies:  Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.

Of course, Russia, China, Iran and North Korea are terribly pleased with themselves, believing they accomplished a great feat.  Yet, yesterday's attack that caused parts of the U. S. to just shut down for hours anything not essential (read that as people like me) really didn't do much more than annoy the U. S. like a chomping mosquito on your butt.

The reality is that Russia, China, NK and Iran all taxed their resources to bring about that cyberattack.  And for what?  To register their usual petulance they are not respected and feared as The Great Leaders of the World?  Seriously?  These countries' leaders spend far too much time watching porn and reading fantasy comic books that they don't realize just how ridiculous they are perceived by the rest of the world.

What should be our response?  Counter cyberattacks?  Sure, we can do that too.  But the reckless behavior of Russia, China, NK and Iran all point to something deeper and darker that must be addressed.  If these countries are this annoying while sanctions exist against them, how much worse are they going to become if we are willing to lift any of those sanctions?...

A Truth Journal: Brian Williams: What's The WHOLE BS Story? It's Not What You Think: From Denny:  Now that the Haters have enjoyed dancing on the head of former NBC News anchor Brian Williams it's time for the reasonable types to speak up and get heard for a change - without all the histrionics and chest thumping self-righteousness hogging the national attention.

Observing how this ugly journalism  drama has played out it sure makes me glad I never got involved on that national level of the Dog and Pony Show, choosing another path.

A Truth Journal:  Where Is MIA Obama ISIS Strategy? How Do Misleading News Producers Impose Perceptions?  From Denny:  You sure can tell this is the mean political season.  Republican strategists sure don't mind how reckless are their strategies if they can get in a barrage of attacks against President Obama and the Democrats just to score points with their rabid base.  Nothing infuriates me more than cavalier politics - no matter which political party, geared to win no matter the costs to someone else's family: especiallyhostages held and tortured by terrorist groups like ISIS.

The Republicans and the No Brain Media (think:  Fox News and mainstream media that report what Fox is saying not realizing how bad they look to the public) just don't stop and think about the consequences of their actions.  We can definitely blame a lot of what is going on in the mainstream media news shows on immature, cavalier, downright intellectually and emotionally tone deaf news producers who are clueless as to what the public wants to know and how to deliver it.  Real journalists should complain and start demanding better quality content...

*** updates daily ***  From Denny:  Back up blogging after weeks long onslaught of Russian cyberattacks on my blogs.  Oh, well, nothing like waiting them out and recircling like a proper yard cat.  A lot of fussing and cussing at Blogger and Google up on Twitter was also helpful.

Nor am I well impressed with the NSA and CIA gremlins still surveilling me because of my vociferous opinions about their police state tactics, especially against journalists.  These days, as a journalist, it's getting more difficult to tell the Good Guys Governments from the Bad Guys Governments because ALL of them are suppressing the Truth from every media outlet quarter, including bloggers.

Of course, you didn't think a little strong arming would stop me, now did you?...

A Truth Journal: Ukraine Occupation: Putin Rejects Peace, Release Crippling Sanctions: From Denny:  While Russia's government is held hostage by the Russian crime syndicate, it's the head crime boss thug, Putin, who continues to threaten weaker countries like Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia and Bulgaria.

World leaders actually believe they are negotiating with another head of state - when nothing could be farther from the truth.

What world leaders are negotiating with is a crime boss whose wealth profits come from the misery of the vilest of newer more potent drugs, arms dealing that enables genocide like in Syria, prostitution of little children and the slavery of human trafficking.  Yes, the Russian crime syndicate's human trafficking is operating in your home town right here in America and around the world...

A Truth Journal: Ukraine: Is Putin Hiding Fact He Doesn't Have As Big A Fighting Force As Claimed?: From Denny:  Does anyone else find it peculiar that Putin keeps trying to bully other military troops into defecting and giving their allegiance to Russia?  Putin has directed his military to force Ukraine's people and military to join Russia and fight for Russia during this Crimea crisis. They sure don't look enthused.

Putin's bullying young and older military age men in surrounding countries that were former Soviet satellite orbits.  Putin even tried to bully a Ukraine base commander into joining the Russian military, holding him for five days and torturing him this past week.

Yet Putin did not succeed.  The Ukraine colonel defied Putin and Russian bullying tactics.  With the whole world watching it wasn't like Putin could kill him on the spot.  Of course, that sure didn't stop Putin from sending assassins this week to kill a Russian oligarch, Putin's avowed enemy, in the UK.  Guess Putin figured no one would notice.  Are you kidding?

From Denny:  Is it any wonder the world is mobilizing their collective military to take down Russia, and, now their partner in crime, Iran?

At first the West was content with just limited economic sanctions but Idiot Putin and Iran think they can double down on their retaliation and now attack America directly with their long range missiles they are positioning in Latin American bases.  They have been planning this multi-level attack for years...

From Denny:  While Putin plays Liars Poker with the world, losing miserably, it's time for the world to move past this dead leader walking.  It's only a matter of time before he is assassinated or removed from office.

Meanwhile, the rest of us need to decide how we will handle rogue actions like this seizing of sovereign territory as Putin has done in Crimea.

He has his eye on the rest of the Ukraine, hoping to take it in big chunks: the first easy plucking was Crimea as he knew most Russians back home would not oppose him.  Next he is moving to take Eastern Ukraine where there are ethnic Russians in residence as they are in Crimea.  After that he plans to take back the rest of Ukraine just for general principle and a fun military exercise...

A Truth Journal: Ukraine: Many Sins of Putin Have Sealed His Fate: Come On, Really? Fake Crimea Parliament and Referendum? 
How World Is Fighting Back

From Denny:  First Putin appoints his Ukraine puppet government.  That same puppet then sets about to decimate down the 180,000 man Ukraine military to almost mere symbolic window dressing.

Then it's safe for Putin to invade and build his troops to massive strength to overwhelm the Ukraine military remnants that have been reorganized to a level of 6,000 combat ready veterans for a National Guard.

Remember, back in the 1994 treaty, Ukraine gave up its Soviet nuclear weapons, and, rightfully so, expect from the world more than just lip service and token sanctions against Russia.  With 200,000 Russian troops on their eastern border, Ukraine only has 41,000 infantry total remaining to defend themselves.  Their air force is outnumbered 100 to one.

Putin's most significant latest stupid move was to chase off the original regional government in Crimea.  He arbitrarily appointed his own yes men once his initial 16,000 armed masked men stormed the region.  Those troops are now swelled to 41,000 to 61,000 armed masked men holding hostage the entire country of 46 million.  It's now widely believed that it was Putin who sent in snipers to create the Feb. 18-20 bloodbath in Kiev that removed from power his own chosen Russian puppet Yanokovich.  Putin needed an excuse to invade and invade he did...

A Truth Journal: Ukraine: Will Russia Shoot Unarmed Soldiers and Children, Start An International Financial War?: From Denny:  Darling Vlad, you have so placed yourself and your entire Russian people and Russian military in to the international hurt locker.  My Russian Yard Cats are seriously screwing up this time, a royal screw up.

While I appreciate the raw courage of Russians, this is one of those times where undisciplined courage has not served them well.  This is exactly the area in which I've tried to counsel Russia to choose a wiser course against being too easy to provoke...

A Truth Journal: President Obama: Can I Please Use My Drone to Kill a U. S. Citizen Overseas?: From Denny:  Are you ready for the latest weird out of this White House that popped like an ugly zit today?

Apparently, according to "them" (intelligence community [IC], Pentagon, White House), there is a U. S. citizen who is a member of Al-Qaeda.  They claim he is planning attacks on U. S. targets overseas and they want to kill him using a drone.

Enter President Obama's supposed new stricter targeting guidelines the government claims are hobbling their efforts to kill said U. S. citizen who they claim is a terrorist.  Now, mind you, has the guy had a trial?  Nope...
