A Truth Journal: Ukraine Crisis: Has Clueless German Merkel Sold Out European Security to Military Aggressor Russian Putin?: From Denny:  Looks like Germany's Merkel is done politically on the world stage.  Her Russia Policy has most definitely failed.  She is dancing a very slow implosion but an implosion none the less.  Her word apparently means nothing on the world stage any more.  She makes these pronouncements and then backs off, never following through with any tough action, just tough talk that falls like a thud onto the international political floor.  Clearly, Merkel's Russia policy does not reflect the German people's opinion.

Has Merkel foolishly sold out to Putin, deciding in private talks to allow him to take Ukraine - and eventually as much of Europe as he wants?  Is this the beginning of the end of the European Union?  The UK is ready to bolt - and it's probably a good idea if they do - with Germany calling so many bad political decisions in a row.  Has Germany sold out, because as the fourth recognized largest economic power in the world, has taken the political lead and fumbled the football one too many times?  Is Merkel as ready for the world stage as she thought she was, ignoring domestic issues?  Should Merkel be kicked out of power for risking the global security and the European countries' sovereignty?...

A Truth Journal:  Where Is MIA Obama ISIS Strategy? How Do Misleading News Producers Impose Perceptions?  From Denny:  You sure can tell this is the mean political season.  Republican strategists sure don't mind how reckless are their strategies if they can get in a barrage of attacks against President Obama and the Democrats just to score points with their rabid base.  Nothing infuriates me more than cavalier politics - no matter which political party, geared to win no matter the costs to someone else's family: especiallyhostages held and tortured by terrorist groups like ISIS.

The Republicans and the No Brain Media (think:  Fox News and mainstream media that report what Fox is saying not realizing how bad they look to the public) just don't stop and think about the consequences of their actions.  We can definitely blame a lot of what is going on in the mainstream media news shows on immature, cavalier, downright intellectually and emotionally tone deaf news producers who are clueless as to what the public wants to know and how to deliver it.  Real journalists should complain and start demanding better quality content...

A Truth Journal: Note to White House: Quit Killing Future U.S. Hostages: From Denny:  Well, the Ferguson "Race Riots" were originally on my posting agenda but the military is fussing and cussing so vociferously about President Obama taking a victory lap and exposing details on the failed hostage rescue yet again this post took precedence.

What is the matter with the political hacks of this Obama White House?  Are they so depraved they don't realize how many people they have now condemned to death all because they wanted to prop up the President's sagging poll numbers?  Is their reasoning "it's better to look like the President is doing something and failed at the ISIL hostage rescue than to be perceived as doing nothing?"

And this is why after winning a second term every President needs to send home his political team and get a real team that is serious about proper governing.  You just can't take political people and transform them into governing people.  Why?  Because when the political heat is on they revert to their default programming...

A Truth Journal: POW Bowe Bergdahl: 8,000 Afghan-Iraq War Deserters. Why Is America Attacking THIS One?: From Denny:  Maybe the headline should be:  "Do Terrorists Win?  The Perplexing Vicious Bullying of POW Bowe Bergdahl."  For almost two months I've been working to write this post but have found myself shocked, dismayed, downright apoplectic - and practically speechless - at the savage, malicious, downright evil attacks against Bowe Bergdahl.  So much for the loyalty to the American philosophy of "Leave No One Behind."  In this case it should read: "Leave No One Behind Unless It's Convenient To Use Them For Political Advantage [2016 election] And Avoid Prosecution For War Crimes."

Yes, I am still that furious at the attackers of a returning POW who experienced pure Hell for a very long five years.  So, I took a serious time out to watch before commenting to see how things played out since I knew it was the political hacks - and - highly suspect - most likely some very guilty platoon mates from Bergdahl's outfit - who were driving these attacks...

Julie Kay recommends this slow cooker recipe is best if you are home to make sure it does not over cook. A Truth Journal: A Russian Tale: Putin Kills Children, Without Regret World Powers Still Do Business With Russia: From Denny:  With the intentional shooting down of the mainly medical civilians on that Malaysian MH-17 jet by Russian military and Russian militia who targeted a civilian jet inside Ukraine's borders, they willfully killed 298 people, including many children.  The Russian President Putin, the Russian military, the Russian "diplomats," the Russian business sector, the Russian "militia" trained and commanded by Russian military, the Russian media are all in lock step proclaiming how good it is to kill civilians flying far above the designated war arena air space.  The Malaysian jet was flying at 33,000 feet, a good 1,000 feet above the 32,000 no fly zone.  To hear the Russians tell it everyone else, most especially Ukraine, is responsible for those deaths, not despicable Russia.

What about the words "decency" and "common sense" and "sanity" don't they understand?  Russia's tactic is if they lie long enough that eventually everyone will give in and accept the lies.  Well, that sure isn't working well, judging by the growing international furious anger at Russia.  Even the Russian people are horrified and rightfully embarrassed at the despicable behavior of their government officials.

Dennys World News: June 2014: U.S., World News Links: From Denny:  Yes, I took a month off from posting.  It was interesting to observe how well the government and the Pentagon would do without me constantly fussing at them, pricking their bloated egos, prodding to action and offering solutions they usually adopted to some degree a few days later, trying not to be obvious they had no good ideas.

Sure rattled the Pentagon I took time away from posting any analysis.  "Where the hell is she?" demanded them of former Navy Seal Richard Marcinko, trying to scorch his butt for thinking he had not kept up with me.  They seem to be worried I'm too smart for them all - like a Snowden.  These guys have a long standing caustic military culture of trying to dominate what they don't understand, attempts to control what they are clueless about and then go ballistic when things don't go their way.  Yeah, we women are a mysterious bunch.  Women are the new Snowdens. :) Read on for more laughs ...

A Truth Journal: Iraq Sectarian Violence: Will U.S. Be Sunni Or Shiite Puppet?: From Denny:  While the U.S. Congress rings its collective hands about how to stem the violence erupting in Iraq, everyone is missing the point.  Too many Republican politicians are trying to force a military return to Iraq in order to please their war profiteering defense contractors that support their campaign war chests.

Everyone is shoving bad advice President Obama's way, mostly to support that idiot Shi'ite puppet government that President Bush 43 installed.  This is the same Shi'ite government that aligned itself with Iran to be their puppet instead of the U.S. puppet.  This same Shi'ite government shut out the Sunni faction from participating in its own government.  Is it any surprise the Sunnis went rogue?...
